QUALIFIER FOR US BOX LACROSSE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

Teams from Akwesasne, Allegany, Grand River, Newton, Onondaga, Six Nations, Tonowanda, Tuscarora and any other First Nations or Native American Tribe plus any Canadian team can qualify to play in the US Box Lacrosse Championship.

In the Iroquois Confederacy, the Seneca are known as the “Keepers of the Western Door,” for they are the westernmost of the Six Nations. In the Seneca language they are called O-non-dowa-gah, (pronounced: Oh-n’own-dough-wahgah) or “Great Hill People.”
